I'm amazed he has anything left in the tank. He must be in his early sixties by now.
He fits the style they wanna play, hard and downhill he doesn’t have to be Henry just needs to be a guy who can allow effective play action abs keep Tanny effective until Henry returns

I guess I'm thinking that if he could still run effectively he would still be in the league rather than a mid-season pickup?
Nfl teams are weird just look at the ravens who refuse to use tyso’m Williams instead are using freeman and bell. Titans o line is built to run the ball which should help and they will most likely go committee

AP
2018-1042 4.2 ypc with redskins (17th rushing offense)
2019-898 4.2 ypc 22nd rushing attack
2020-604 3.9 26th ranked rushing attack

He just needs to keep the play action effective and lighten to load on Tanny

Which is reasonable if he is healthy. My youngest had D. Henry on his fantasy team so we have watched some TN games this season. They are a team built around Henry so far. They don't really connect with AJ Brown until the other team is beaten up by Henry for a while. Even with AP they will have to adapt somewhat. I wish them well. I hate to see a season for any team derailed by a big injury like that.

As a titans fan that’s been a gripe all year of running him into stacked boxes over and over. Hopefully it will force them to adapt and throw more on first down. They need julio back more than ever

So henry is out for the year and they are going to be bringing in AP it seems. hes 36 years old! i was asking at work today how is it possible with all the money and all the recruiting and with 130 d1 football programs out there. how is there not more "nfl caliber" rb that can step in? also the same goes for qb which is arguably the most important position in sports but yet there are only what about 15 really good qbs? then you figure how many of them are picked early in the first rounds that turn out to be busts. i just don't get it

I have only watched AZ play part of one game so far. Are they for real?
Theyre 'for real', but not as a contender

their record is accurate but its a bit of a mirage; they arent the Steelers of 2020 but they arent 7-1 good, as in a top contender

Their defense is suspect due to a large group of youngsters, and their offense struggles when Kyler cant get away from the chasing line.

for example, the Rams lost to them because Kyler managed to run for three, yes THREE, 20+ yard 3rd downs. Twice leading to touchdowns.

so theyre for real but not as a SB contender, more a regular season contender... if that makes any sense lol

Von Miller traded to the Rams for a 2nd and 3rd round pick
Von Miller. Jalen Ramsey. Aaron Donald.

Oh. My. Goodness.

Its like when me and my buddy fantasy draft a Madden franchise and pick all defense first lmfao. And much like the Rams, we turn salary cap off

well Von Miller isnt the Von Miller of old

still effective though

Denver did well to get that for a pending free agent

He could be if hes only needed for X amount of snaps, and in favorable matchups.

Rams already have the most pressures and highest pressures per dropback, so adding Von will help on non-blitz pressures and some blitzes. Which helps vs Murray Rodgers Mahomes Jackson etc.

Its an overpay but thats what it takes to make a SB contender sometimes. Rams have to be the favorites for the NFC

The year the Falcons made the super bowl, they had the youngest secondary in the league. They jelled at the end of the year and propelled them to the SB

There’s a difference between regular season tested and playoff tested and for that reason I think it will be a couple years before the cardinals and that coaching staff truly know how to win

I gave up on this season weeks ago. And I'm not convinced that the Giants are ever going to get anywhere with Jones at QB.

I was at the game against the Saints. While not transcendent, he looked solid against a pretty good defense. The play calling was handled well and they were able to complete passes against both zone and man coverage. To be fair, New Orleans typically plays bump and run most of the time while against Jones they ran largely zone and did not pressure or blitz as much as they probably should have. I'd like to see him with a good group of receivers and a healthy Barkley for a long stretch before we close the book on him. Also, I'd refine the offense a bit more to get the ball out his hands more quickly.

I think I see the flaw in this plan...

They said Ruggs was going 150 and decelerated to about 127 on impact, why on earth are you even going that fast ? Also had a loaded gun in the car

I read somewhere that the nfl even offers a service that comes and picks you up for free wherever you are no matter what time
