Some of the worst officiating I've ever seen in a NFL game tonight. From the very clear fumble to start the game, no call on a blatant false start when the OT even put his head down after he flinched essentially saying "damn it", and then Whitehead going for ball and Henry not even looking for it and running through Whitehead but Whitehead gets called for DPI. Yes I'm a Bucs fan, but holy hell some of these were bad.

Daniel Jones looked great against New Orleans but to be fair he faced almost no pressure. The few times the Saints blitzed Jones looked like he usually does. If the Giants can get solid line play they can have a decent offense.

Andrew Thomas has been really good in pass pro this season.

the Dolphins are an embarrassment.
Right now I'm placing this more on Grier than anyone in this organization, how many years does it take to fix that God damn offensive line? And Flores needs to share a lot of the blame for the inept coaches he's surrounded himself especially when it comes to the offense and the play calling. I'm still miffed at that call in the end zone against the Raiders, that turned the game around and we'd at least might be 2-2 instead of 1-3.

And to make things worse the Bills might even be better than anyone imagined.

This is pretty much where I'm at now. It won't matter much who is throwing back there if they are constantly under pressure/getting hit and the plays are being called the way they've been. I was excited for this season but that's been getting snuffed out pretty quickly.

I'd like to see the stats on Jones vs the blitz, but I think Jones makes some pretty good reads at the line which deters teams from blitzing.

Also helps that the team has transitioned away from Smith and Evans as the top 2 receiving options.

OL definitely is still frustrating since it isnt fixed. Take a look at some of the open WRs running downfield from this past game though. Brissett just stinks.

NO played zone that Jones picked apart. I think Golladay was open every snap. The few times NO got pressure on Jones he didn’t really try to run he just threw it away. He had a great day overall. Just my observations from an in person viewing where I could concentrate on stuff the TV doesn’t necessarily focus on.

I still think the play calling might be suspect though. That throw to Waddle while he's standing in the end zone against the Raiders? Cmon now lol. But no doubt, Brissett is trash.

Russell Wilson's finger looked ugly last night after a run in with a Rams defensive lineman. Hopefully he's ok.
Seems Aaron Donald is always on the opposite ends of these types of things in recent years; speaks to how quick he must be that hes catching these guys off their timing

Brees and Wilson, believe he also was involved in Murray in some way

Not that it’s any excuse for the rest of the way this game has gone, but this being called roughing the passer and ruining a 3 and out for the Jets defense on the opening drive is bullshit.

They really should just make it flag football at this point.

Put tutus on the QB. If the defense rips it off, the QB is down

I like Zach, but watching him try to make an easy, uncontested throw is painful.

They should have got into the end zone on that screen to Crowder. The blocking and everything was there. Instead he short arms the throw. Maddening.

CBS and my satellite provider randomly in a dispute. Guess no AFC football for me (which means the Bucs game today).

Today was a definite step back, for everyone - offense and defense alike. I knew we were doomed when everyone at the end of the pregame picked the Jets to win.

Garbage refs being garbage. Typical.

I had a referee in a game I coached this weekend call my OL for a block in the back when the DT tried to spin on him. I questioned it and said not only did he spin, he's in the free blocking zone. Ref looked at me and asked "what's a free blocking zone?"

15 yd penalty on 1st down, talk about a drive killer...

I dont even like the Jets but that pisses me off, its freekin football for crying out loud, its physical, when a D-man is running at full speed to tackle a player, whats he supposed to do?
