Poland will advance. If they where in group A they would have fough with Slovenia and Hungary for top 2 spots.

Serbia will be relegeted i think.

I do have doubt Ukraine will play. Their spot would then go to Croatia or China.

I'm sure Ukraine will be there. They're training in Hungary right now.

Do you have the roster?
This is from their Facebook page:

Goalkeeper: Dmytro Kubrytskyi ("Sokil"), Semen Maiko (BSFK), Bogdan Dyachenko, Sergey Pisarenko ("Dnipro")
🏒
Defenders: Vladislav Hertsik, Ivan Sisak (both - "Sokil"), Pilip Pangelov-Yldashev, Vitaliy Andreykiv, Dmitro Ignatenko, Artem Grebenik (BSFK), Denis Matusevich, Vsevolod Tolstushko (both - "Kremenchuk"), Eugene Ratushny ("Dnipro")
🏒
Attackers: Andriy Mikhnov, Dmitry Nimenko, Roman Blagiy, Mikhail Simchuk, Eugene Fadeev (all - "Falcon"), Denis Borodai (BSFK), Alexey Vorona, Timur Gritsenko, Ivan Savchenko (all - "Kremenchuk"), Illya Korenchuk, Alexander Kostikov, Vadim Mazur, Alexander Peresunʹko, Felix Morozov

It also says on the Facebook page that they will be joined by players in foreign leagues once their seasons end. I assume that means Lyalka + an outside shot of Cholach, Merezhko and maybe (just maybe) Padakin.

They will play two friendly games against Croatia on April 19th and 20th in Budapest.

These divisions are a complete mess at the moment. If Poland played in 1A they would probably finish 3rd. Yet somehow it's us, Romania and the ghost of Korean Olympic team there.

There are big missings from HUN roster (Gallo, Bartalis, Sarauer) and the complete D squad plays in domestic league (exc.: Horváth- AV19; age: 21).
It won't be easy!

Poland. Don't think Japan is good enough to beat them.
Tonight is Estonia - Serbia which determines who gets relegated.

Like I know that Ukraine doesn't have a lot of talent ( and they struggle to get some of them to report), but their lack of a goalie worthy of 1B level is just depressing. If only Gaiduchenko wasn't so unprofessional...

Ukraine and Estonia are lucky that Serbia was somehow at 1B level this year. If they don't significantly improve next year ( I don't really see how is that even possible), they are in trouble when China will be here wrecking chaos.

EDIT: I edit my statement by removing Ukraine from above. There is clear and favorable gap between them and Estonia.

Estonia will improve a lot as they have great juniors coming to men's team. Yesterday was just some Walburgis Day hangover game with a newbie Virro in the net.

I don't see Estonia relegating next year. There will be some weaker country from 1A. This year was a generation change for Estonia and they did well (except against Ukraine).

China - Japan will be an awesome game and I hope next year's tournament will be played in China.

Snowball's chance in hell that China would be letting in foreigners for a third tier hockey tournament anytime soon.
