And fully agree... Finns are most likely to play spoiler
Smart team game, which is their forte is the key, if they get into a wide open affair with TC they will get roasted.

But you can be sure they won't be looking to do that, they will play it conservatively as possible and hope pucks go in when they can pounce on opportunities and battle hard all over the ice. should be a good game.

Canada has taken quite a few penalties in this tournament too, something to keep an eye on.

What on earth are you doing up there anyway if I may ask?
travelling.lol Got my fam and we are on a big road trip. Last 2 summers we got as far as Jasper and I kept seeing a sign about 'scenic route to alaska'... so now I'm in Alaska.

Driving the Alaska highway... ironically my fav part was the Northern BC section which is the first part.

Kivijarju with his pocket picked at the blueline, he's looked a little under pressure and shaky deep in his own zone too early on. He might be exploitable, he's a damn good player but he's only 16 after all.

Ratzlaf with some good goalkeeping to keep it scoreless.

Finns give up too much real estate and Gauthier floats in like a ghost.

1-0

Gauthier walked right around #13. Looked like he was cheating for an expected pass. Oops! Love to see a nice backhand goal.

Still probably the biggest 1-period test Canada has had this whole tourney,

no points but Yager dominated again that period. Ratzlaf looks very calm and poised....not that I think Ritchie has stood out much this tournament despite his points but hopefully injury isn't serious
Lots to choose from, obviously, but Yager and Allen have stood out most for me.

Decent amount of time in Finlands zone for Canada but far too much pucks into shin pads for my liking. I haven't liked how Finland is getting away with those stretch passes here and there and that we are leaving a gaping whole up the middle at the blueline on transition either.

Can't even get on Hockey Canada site at this point for updates, would folks watchin g be able to supply a little more detail thanks
