I've got a good story about St Louis. He was playing in a preseason game In Halifax with the lightening before he made the bolts as a regular player, just some unknown guy who was trying to show that he could play to the organization. As the game progressed he was playing really well and me and my cousin started laughing at his name and size combo for some strange reason and every time he touched the puck we would go........"it's little Martin St Louis!!"



Little did we know we were witnessing a future Hall of Famer. Life can be pretty trippy sometimes.

Undrafted. Cut. Makes team. Ross, Pearson, Hart. SC. HoF. Canadiens HC.

The guy's career is an inspiration for every overlooked, undersized player. One of my all-time faves.
