Cost vs Benefit. The slight uptick in ad revenue they'd get by not crashing on those 3 days of the year is not worth the price of increased bandwidth. They know its going to happen, but until there's an alternative that costs them users year round they won't do anything about it.

Romanov is just Emelin 2.0, same market origination and everything, a guy who is a good #4 with 2-3 upside who hits but he's in a big market so he's overvalued. He's redundant with Anderson here.
