Dev camp happens shortly after the draft. That's the one NCAA guys go to.

I guess that will be in July. Either way, the draft is next month and then like a week later, dev camp.

You know… I am secretly hoping that this was Nightingale‘s influence all along. Like, “This is not where your head needs to be and this trip is meant to show you that”.

I've mentioned it before, but the interplay between Howard, his coach, and the coaches from SJ, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Nashville must be fascinating.

If Howard thinks he can just sign an NHL deal and never see the AHL, and the coaches from those organizations won't even play him, it's got to be a shock to the system.

He's more of a Josh Doan (who is in the lineup) than a Logan Cooley.

I don't know if he can get his name on the cup retroactively for all winning teams. Maybe just the Lightning.
