Funny part is, no matter where he gets traded to he will be playing in the AHL at some point during next year.
Whether thats at the start or after a couple weeks. He will be in the AHL.

You have to be more negative. He'll realize that he's not on the level with the guys he thinks he is, will go back to Michigan State for another year and then turn UFA.
Howard's coach at MSU is assisting the US team, so I wonder what their takeaway from this tournament is?
That or this realistic check at the worlds will convince him he needs to go to the AHL.
But you're scenario is probably the correct one.

Dev camp happens shortly after the draft. That's the one NCAA guys go to.
I guess that will be in July. Either way, the draft is next month and then like a week later, dev camp.
