Korpi played well in OT.
Was McDavid benched in overtime? He had a poor game and was floating looking to get a goal on the empty net when the Kings tied it.
Last year he got schooled game 1 also not playing defense and ended up taking over the series right after so gotta be ready for him next game.

We got out played most of the game, but I’ll take it!

I mean, I guess? Certainly in the first period. Feel like the Kings gave just as much as they got after that. Edmonton's at home, of course they'll be on the front foot. I think that's as much as McDavid can be contained, and Draisaitl obviously had two goals, but he wasn't consistently dominant. Both the Lizotte and Kupari lines had some jump. People were shitting all over Kopitar and Byfield but by the end they both had pretty solid games.
