It really is crazy how bad the Vegas lineup got pretty quickly. I just don't think this team is going to be better than any of Edmonton, Calgary, the Kings or Vancouver. Petro is noticeably slower and I don't know if Stone is someone who is going to age very well.

And good lord, how did anyone at ESPN ever think Leah was a pbp person.

I honestly could see Vilardi potting 25 this season. Especially if he plays PP1

I prefer it on her honestly.
He could score more than 25. He scored at least 4 for the preseason. That's 4 in 7 games? That's a 45+ goal pace right there. Excuse my math.

The defensive pair chemistry across the board is kind of sketchy right now.

I don't know if Edler is going to be able to cut it for the Kings this season. He was really an unsung hero last season, but at 36 he is probably at best teeing off on 18.

I think he makes a great #7 d-man, but if the Kings are going to reach a ceiling they probably need Clarke to be in that spot. Assuming they don't trade for someone.

Agree, but not entirely surprising. They went into the league and blew expectations completely out of the water. Making the stanley cup finals in the inaugural year? Incredible. Then the leadership set that as the bar and a series of Dean Lombardi 2014+ trades kept happening. Win now+++ and has resulted in a notably slower team.

They must be kicking themselves not Suzuki (amongst many others) not with the team. Would be just a powerhouse if there was patience with the VGK leadership.

I’d be surprised. He’s just too old. It’s impossible
For him to be consistent as a regular fixture.

Take note Petersen. Seeing Quick do this well at his age makes me hate petersen
