What a difference one week makes. 9 days ago I was in Calgary to watch the kings after an 8-2 run where they seemed invincible. Plenty of questionable calls tonight but the Kings the reason they are losing. No Excuses. The silver lining is the playoff are another week away. Figure it out!

They dont like Spence - no clue how to invigorate a lineup with a kid who is dying to play and has better skills than Durzi

the baffling idea here is Durzi clearly sucks at defense. not like hes had a couple of bad breaks and he is young and learning- you know this is his weakness yet TMac still throws him on the PK and gives him more time than Roy, a guy who has clearly shown hes a legit Top 4 guy. Playing Durzi hoping he can learn defense is like hoping Tmac can learn not to choke in pivotal moments.

Couldnt have TMac challenged the goal being off the moorings? Not sure the ruling here but we have seen precedence with on ice refs ruling one way and upon challenge with Toronto being overruled- the fact Tmac didnt go this route just another impotent Tmac move.

For years talk has been about all the great prospects that the Kings have. Well they must not be that good because if they were, they should in the Kings line up replacing the injured players But they are not which very telling about how good the prospects are,
