Gavrikov looked great. Drew was right that he’s steady like Anderson but has a little more physical edge to him. I love how both him and Joonas are easy going, confident guys who enjoy the big moments. Looking forward to the last stretch of games.

I wouldn’t take that dude seriously. He seems pretty nutz like the other guy. I respect people who stake out a position with some logic regardless of right or wrong. But we got 3-4 bad actors on this board that like to come down on people while being too cowardly to stake a position.

By the way we had the biggest asshole Blues fan sitting behind us tonight. She was screaming and I mean screaming F the Kings all night and was drunk and obnoxious. Have had tickets for over 30 years. And she was one of the worst ever.

Yeah I noticed that, I was going to say something but forgot. But that is what he does, he makes stuff up about comments that people like me, you, RJ, KP, Sol and others never made. He is a pathetic troll poster that can’t have an intellectual conversation on the facts so he makes stuff up and makes troll posts like this.
His troll bs posts are what they are, unfortunately this place has rules on what can be posted that rival an Iron Curtain country in the 1960’s, but making stuff up and attributing it to people is a-ok.
It’s amazing how people with class like RJ, KP and others act when there are disagreements as opposed to people like him.
No, that has nothing to do with it. Judging by his intelligence level he has shown on this board he couldn’t even find Vegas on a map.
It’s just a consistent pattern of making stuff up that no one has ever said. There are many examples of it. A couple days ago it was accusing people of calling Faber a “generational defenseman” , which no one ever said.

Oh Durzi, was really hoping being back on the right would help him out but nope. I want to say roll Korpisalo but like Copley has saved the season so far, tough decisions. Glad Fiala and the PP got one, was getting a little worried both were going cold heading into the final stretch.

i guess that chart is equally confirming what i see though, that he offsets his 5v5 deficiencies with great PKing
it's not necessarily to say that it's a bad thing, he just needs something to help drive that line 5v5 and frankly kaliyev ain't it. they take such incredibly short shifts because they can't maintain o zone possession or they're one and done on the rush

Yeah the Edler Durzi pairing didn't go great tonight. That's a bit of a concern. Todd gonna have to tweak that.
Roy is an excellent player. Now that he's with Gavrikov, that second pair should really bloom, and we saw that tonight.

Anderson- Doughty and Gavrikov-Roy are such solid pairs in any situation.

They've been talking about it since the Montreal game on the broadcasts that Korpisalo was brought in to compete for the starting job. I would think that Copley is going to start the majority of the games left, but I think it will be close. Korpisalo has playoff experience and that can't be discounted. Especially if he doesn't let in many bad goals in the run-up to the playoffs.
