I found watching a movie on another channel is helpful to stay awake during intermissions. I can't tell you the number of times I've seen parts of Top Gun this season.

I was on mountain time during my college days, it was nice to study and watch the postgame at midnight. Same with baseball etc.
Hawaii football used to be on ESPN at 9pm on Saturdays. A lot of fun with the run and shoot offense.
I don’t mind Patrick and Stoll but definitely need to get Armstrong off TV. Can’t we just have Stoll and O’Donnel?

Well let's hope that Gav is only paired with Walker tonight as an introduction of the worst he could be paired with on this team. Things can only get better! If he stays on the third pairing that would be idiotic. Considering bringing him on gives the opportunity to improve two defensive pairings, not just one.

I get why Tmac is working Gavrikov in slowly on the third pair. He hasn’t played in a week or two, and if you put him with h Walker, you’re only messing with one pairing. Hopefully as he shows what he can do, he’ll be elevated to 2LD soon enough.

I always watch the replay but I usually don't start watching until 10-10:30 since I'm kind to my wife and wait until she goes to bed. Thank goodness I can fast forward through the intermission and commercials. I've got the FF on ESPN down pat where I perfectly skip over the commercials as well as the dead time between an offsides or icing whistle.
And I still fall asleep sometimes haha.

You can argue playing with Sean Walker is a bigger workload than if he were to play with Drew his first few games.

Yeah, but he's playing on a different team (only having one practice with them) and has been healthy scratched for a few games.
I get that we can dunk on TMac for certain things, but I think people are jumping the gun. It's defensible, even if you don't agree with it.
Edit: factoring special teams, he'll still probably get No. 4 in ice time behind Doughty, Anderson, and Durzi.
He'll probably be partnered with Roy on the PK.

It is defensible... several factors, 1) he'll be a bit rusty, 2) a new system and partner, and 3) the biggest one is this deployment only effects a single pairing. After a few practices I think it will become more clear where he best fits. I would say its 2LD with Roy... Roy is potting goals he's doing enough on O if that is the concern. I dont know why TM is enamored of Durzi on the 2nd pair either side. Getting things set for the playoffs, the 2nd pair should err on the side of defensive responsibility.
