Well Copley got his rest last night. Him getting kicked out might work in the Kings favor. Otherwise Quick probably gets start tonight.

Kinda funny AZ is 2-0-1 (5 out of 6 points) since the Chickrun sitting for trade reasons. Last two impressive wins against TB and Nashville. Imagine what they could do with such a superstar, Elite Dman like Chickrun in the lineup.

Just curious if Chychrun would be available or still involuntarily scratched. Maybe he got kidnapped by the pro tank crowd or someone looking for an edge in their fantasy league! We need an investigation!

Gotta assume that Quick gets the start against such a weak opponent.

Can’t ride Copley into the dirt and have any hope of him being fresh-ish for the playoffs.
 
AZ just got done beating Tampa.

They're a tough out. They play a lot of 1 goal games.

Hopefully we don't take them lightly.

Then he would have started last night, I think. Arizona is a lot better than the ducks are. Not to mention JQ has a much better record vs. the Ducks lifetime than the Coyotes. He has shut them out 6 times though, more than any other team.

The mere fact that this is a debate that needs to be had actually underscores how bad the goaltending situation has gotten.

So. f***ing. Terrible.
 
I think the Kings should stop wasting their time trying to get Chychrun. Coyotes just jerking a lot of teams to get the best deal possible.

Caps having possible issue re-signing Orlov, who is a LD and can play RD as well. He might become a trade possibility for playoff teams. Kings get Orlov, they will beat Kraken/Oilers and go to the 2nd round!
