Yep. He has already had a game this season where he led King centers in even strength TOI and taken the opening draws of the game/period so they were slowly making a transition before he got sick. If he gets pp time, look out.

If you’re gonna be technical yes lol. But yeah I just want the Kings to get blown out bad so we can just get some real change. The process is broken and won’t yield anything significant if we don’t change important aspects to it. Don’t think Blake and Todd are it. Kings need some serious work done.

TM isn't going anywhere this year no matter what happens -- why do you guys keep wasting your time with this?

Bro it’s not just the wins/loss. It’s how the games are being played. This is some of the worst defense and goaltending we’ve all ever seen since the Cloutier era. The context paints a much more realistic picture. kings don’t have a good goalie and only have one left d man, and the stats show how bad they are at both those positions. And worst of all I think is the deployment of these vets.

You might be right that Todd doesn’t get canned this season, but it doesn’t make it the right move. And if Todd doesn’t get canned, and on top of the the mind numbing asset management/acquisitions suggest that Blake’s seat is the hottest it’s ever been.

You simply can’t be this bad in goaltending, and defense. Blake is 100 percent at fault for the roster make up and Todd is at fault for the lack of direction in the team and the utitlization of the players he has.

I’m being polite, just seriously take all this in. There’s so much context to this.

Sure, Sol...the last stretch of 5 games has made any Kings fan scratch their head...but were not talking about a a span of 50 games here...5. Prior to that, the team was on a 98 point pace.

Stop being dramatic, I know it's hard for you.
 
Well be fun to scout Vermelka (sp?) tonite.. AZ could be a nice dance partner - maybe its not Chychrun but a goalie for an asset in surplus (ie RD)

Since you brought it up, including playoffs last year, we have an .886 SV%, a 3.44 GAA, and a 25-18-7 record over our last 50 games, good for a 93 point pace. We would have missed the playoffs last year at 93 points.

Much better! We’ve been trying and failing to outscore our defensive issues for a while now
