Should be interesting. Vanecek has very similar numbers to last year but behind a much better team. New Jersey scored the 4th most goals this year and just needed average goaltending to get through the season but average doesn’t work in the playoffs.

And so far it looks like New Jersey is the young, inexperienced team who is a bit overwhelmed while New York looks like a team that’s been on a run recently.
