Please rain or snow. I don’t care as long as we get some moisture.

It's supposed to start cooling down by Saturday and plenty of moisture for awhile.

Choose the Northwest US for the best region covering Alberta.

Supposed to be getting rain starting tonight and off and on for a couple days. Temps cooler as well, should help a bit.

The heat spell and winds hit just at the worst possible time after a dry winter, an early melt, and before any green had happened. Everything tinder dry.

Just pouring rain here on the southside, very very happy, it looks like not a long rain storm but at least it is coming down hard while it lasts.
Every bit helps, but I wish we could get one of those 2 days of grey with constant light rain. But this will be very welcome by all. Supposed to possibly be some thunderstorm activity in the next couple days as well. That would be great, without the lightning part.

Didn't get nearly enough. spot showers and local rain. One block getting dumped on and two blocks away was dry. Was driving around a bit and amazed how localized the pocket showers were. hasn't settled into anything significant yet. Lots of boom of thunder and not enough wet yet.

Gardens been all seeded for a week so we really want some daily rains now. heh

Only a few drops out our way, with very little precipitation forecast for the next few days. And back up to the 30’s by the weekend. Wonderful.

Ugh, looks like the wild fire smoke has finally moved in. We had been lucky to escape it until now.

Morning sky is sandy pink. No nature hike for me today.

My mom's hometown in NorSask is apparently being evacuated - haven't been there in years, if it remains unscathed i should bring the kids up there - didn't think i missed it but when its threatened, i kinda do
