I think she's been through some shit and has some misplaced anger. It's obviously not on her boyfriend's employer to expose his womanizing or worse for her.

That said, modern internet news is such trash. They take one line from a long interview and turn it into clickbait, like she went on a rant against the Cs.

Lol not a good look for Boston organizations lately with checking in on victims families after members of their organization make a mistake and indirectly dragging families through the mud.

Sure it’s not their responsibility, but it’s a common courtesy.

Whose job in the organization do you think it is to reach out to employees' partners after they violate company policies? That an HR job or do you pawn it off on an intern?

Yeah. Like in my company if someone got suspended/terminated for sexual misconduct/harassment HR would actively discourage anyone from trying to reach out to the employee's wife because it could breach confidentiality protocols and quite frankly the company would want to wash their hands clean of the employee and not linger on the case once it's settled. If they're not employed by the company, it doesn't concern them.
