Usually when a celebrity gets caught saying something racist or homophobic they give a phony apology and press conference about how it was a mistake and they're not racist because they have friends of different races, etc. and it all comes across as very manufactured and inauthentic. So at least I have the tiniest bit of respect for Kyrie for doubling down and basically being like "Naw man, I am antisemitic" and not trying to p***yfoot around it.

This is true. Most come out with their apology and beg for forgiveness and try to turn themselves into the victim and we are all supposed to be sympathetic.

In this case the big arrogant dummy is not trying to bullshit us.

I guess it is possible. but at least early on this season MVP race is insane, and not sure Tatum is even top 5

Luka and Giannis have been absolutely ridiculous so far, just on another level above everyone else
