Completely missed Belzile fracturing his leg. When & how did that happen?



Well, at least we know. Groin surgery can be anywhere from 6 months to a year recovery depending on the surgery. He isn't getting signed as a UFA til maybe October at earliest by any team.

My bet is he is either getting a league minimum deal or PTO. His injury luck is 0 and I bet teams want to see how he is following another round of injuries. I can see him being brought back at least on a PTO.

Evans again yikes. I saw him get rocked and he looked like he didn't feel so great. I'm a very very concerned about the durability of our team. How many players do we have like Drouin who end up injured when they try to press the issue. Gallagher will continue to be a revolving door and our small players are all at risk of getting hit in the wrong spot. We have a lot of players who have taken some serious abuse these past two seasons. I've always felt that giving and taking a check is a skill that can't be overlooked or neglected even in Big Players. Farrell got ploughed the other night and SEEMED no worse for wear but it does take it's toll. Most of the talented ones are at no risk at their amateur levels but the minute they hit pro the game changes big time.
