I’m totally going to go to a number of games in Arizona. It really looks like a great way to see a game.

Well the lighting is definitely crap. This feels like a JR A game. The NHL should be ashamed. Tired of this "intimate atmosphere" the NHL is paying the media to say.

Watch a lot of Coyotes games on TV, do you?

Biggest shame about Mullett Arena I've heard, is that when configured for NHL games they have to give up two big prime luxury box/suite areas, center ice for the all the media and broadcast crews. Those suites could generate some pretty big dollars otherwise I imagine.

Tickets for the game tonight were absurd, so yeah I bet they’d love to be able to get a few more in.

Not sure what the lighting is like in person but in TV it's no worse than what it looks like when I'm watching ESPN+ feed from the Can. The ice gets colored out on a bunch of their broadcasts. I've just recently started tonights Arizona game. I was late getting home so had to start the Avs game wicked late.

I’m watching the game tonight on ESPN, but I’ll be in Phoenix for a month in the spring… I’ll report back.

Watching on tv it looks like pretty much any other game. It’s only when they pan up and around during whistles that it’s obvious it’s a small arena. I don’t have an issue with the lighting either.

He’s on Arizona… gonna be impossible to really look good there as the #1 guy. He is instant offense from the backend. He’ll add a ton to a team that needs a puck mover and pp help.

Could see the Leafs or Dallas going after him.

Leafs are one of my top guesses. Would really help them.

Out of curiosity. Years ago on NHL.com I used to be able to look at what was then called a "Game Sheet" I think. It basically had the rosters for both teams, basic stats. Time of goals, penalties, etc. It also used to include data on attendance. So you could tell if it was sold out or not.

Do those attendance/ticket sold stats still get released nightly for games?

Both teams look good and assuming they're both healthy should both be legitimate contenders.

Vegas has a 2 year window before things start to fall apart, but finding a starter making 750k has solved a lot of problems for them.
