Wow! I was following on mlb and was crushed at 8-2, then ecstatic at 8-8, then crushed at 10-8.

Insane!

I was going to shut the game off at 8-2 and only kept watching to see Baker’s MLB debut (which never happened) and somehow what must the craziest double-comeback in team history just happened.

Jays had a crazy comeback in the ninth inning a few years ago and Romo lost that one as well. I think they won 11-9 and scored 9 runs in the ninth.

EDIT I think they scored 7 runs and won 9-7

Literally was joking to my father on the phone when Springer was hitting that he was watching Jays in 30(which he often does when he misses games) and that the game was earlier in the day and Semien hit a 3 run homerun to win it and then it happened.

That was a fun finish

This one is better IMO because they had to come back twice in the last two innings.

For sure.

I’ve seen a couple bigger comebacks from the Jays than this in terms of total runs but what made this so crazy was the emotional roller coaster of the two separate comebacks plus the way both were capped with a clutch HR.

That was probably the best regular season game I’ve ever seen. Certainly the most exciting last 2 innings.
