I would have taken a D over a LW, given how we are most likely about to trade some D prospects away.I like the pick. The overall forward depth in the system is slim.
At least they did not convince themselves into drafting another D
anything standing out in that front?I think they'd love to add a LD.
10-4.
So we may be on the goal line of adding a familiar face to Gallant.
Betters odds for than against right now.
If Strome is traded and the Eichel thing goes nowhere, do you think the team will go into the season with Zib/Chytil as the top two centers, or will they go after someone like Danault, Larkin, or Dvorak? How linked are the "moving Strome" and "acquiring Eichel" moves?
I posted that before the pick… I know nothing about any of these kids, really.Othmann?? Nothing like Lias.
When did I say my opinion was fact?In your opinion which last time I checked isn't fact. How do you know they didn't have to give Goodrow that contract to sign a much needed versatile player. Were you part of the negotiations? Players are getting paid on the open market even in a flat cap world. They can't have both Blais and Goodrow? Why? Everybody complained they weren't tough enough to play against. Now they just may be. Blais is not a bad player and him plus a 2022 2nd is equal to a late 1st IMO. Again slightly less than what I expected but Im not going to throw chairs over anything that happened today.
Wasn't Duclair a big deal in his D-1, then he dropped to the third round after a lousy draft year? He turned out fine. I'm sure most of those guys disappear though.
Yeah. Then we’re gonna go out and sign Kermit Washington, Bill Belichick, Ivan Drago, Todd Bertuzzi, and Tonya Harding. For Wilson
all LHS too. Gotta love itThe Rangers started the day with too many wingers, traded one away and ended up with 2 more.
This is the modern way!You are dismissive of any legitimate counterpoint because it doesn't fit your opinion.
lolYeah. Then we’re gonna go out and sign Kermit Washington, Bill Belichick, Ivan Drago, Todd Bertuzzi, and Tonya Harding.
