Stevens forces a bad pass on the forecheck, Gauthier worked against pressure and mad a good move to get loose enough to get a pass to an open Zetts in the faceoff circle, who took the pass and shot all in one motion.

Comets draw another penalty.
Holtz is the 6th attacker. Skates it from his own zone all the way into the Crunch zone and falls down ruining the 6 on 5 chance.
He fell down on his shootout effort the other night as well.
Maybe something in his skates he needs to look into.

I will say this. Theo isn't a minus in the O-zone. He has the ability to walk the blue line and gets down to the high slot for centering passes.
D-zone is still a bit of an adventure.
Holtz stopped in front while being dragged down off the right side.

12-4 Comets in the second.
Comets get a four minute PP with three seconds left in the second.
Hopefully Talvitie is ok.

Comets get 3 good chances in the final 20 seconds and with 03 to go Talvitie was hooked with a stick to the face and Comets get a 4-minute PP.
3:57 of PP on fresh ice. A real key opportunity starting a 3rd period while only leading 2-1. Great chance to stretch out this lead.

Have to keep an eye on the Crunch keepoer if the Comets can stretch this lead. Coach Benoit Groulx has had success vs the Comets by pulling his keeper with 6 minutes or more left in the 3rd. He has no concerns for being scored against since he believes the game is lost at that point anyways. It has gotten them back into the game and also lost it for them by more.

Legace commits highway robbery on Deleo as Holtz sent it cross crease to Deleo and a split glove save sliding across the crease.
Now Zetterlund comes up short as Legace is on the spot again.
Kaberge stooped in the crease.
The PP ends and Wolcott just misses shooting it mover the net.

Holtz rips a shjot over the crossbar. He is firing from everywhere in an effort to stop his skid.
Crunch hit the post/crossbar. Looked like it was in and out in a flash.
Replay says it didn't go in and refs won't look at it in spite of Groulx's adamant pleas.
