stress levels during these games are high. I put 3,000 steps on during game 5 according to my fitbit.

I imagine they'll load up McDavid and Draisaitl again when necessary. Thankfully the Kings will be able to dictate last change. And please, please be aware that the two kill penalties together at times and are always the first guys out there after a PK. Stop wasting Kopitar and Denault on the PP for 1:30 leaving the 3rd line out there against McDavid and Denault.
Yep.

At least you’re doing it in a healthy way! And I completely agree. Love playoffs but damn it’s stressful.

Oilers board is going to be brutal if we lose tonight. I’ll likely avoid all social media till NFL starts lol.

Ha! I don't pace a lot but I generally stand in one particular "lucky" spot in the living room while watching a close game.

I did do a victory lap around the couch after Kempe's OT winner because I couldn't yell with the kids asleep.

I stood for a long long time after each goal. Lot of up and down

Stay out of the box, shut down the top line with first change between Danault and Kopitar, hope Lizzotte and Kupari feast on the bottom lines. GKG

This has been the pattern for the 5 games so far.

Game 1 - Kings win
Game 2 - Oilers shutout
Game 3 - Oilers blowout
Game 4 - Kings Shutout
Game 5 - Kings OT win

So by looking at the pattern

Game 6 - Oilers Shutout
Game 7 - Oilers blowout

So in other words F*** the pattern Just win baby!!!!

Anyone listed to Spittin Chiclets podcast? What was Ryan Whitney referencing about the Kempe goal celebration...something about an earring? That it was a jab at Whitney? I didn't get it...

3 Scenerios

-Kings are in the Oilers heads. Evidence? Leon's presser. Oilers overly violent response. 2 days to stew. Franchise pressure from fanatic fans.

-It's a game of inches. Both teams battle. A puck squirts loose. 1 gutsy play. Justification or vindication. A game for the ages.

-Oilers come out steaming. Play like they did in the 14-2 two game drubbing our team endured. Thing is they have to do that 2 more times. That is eminently possible. The Kings need 60 good minutes. The Oil need 120.

Nothin' to do but play it on through.
