GDT: 2021-22 season game 68 LA Kings vs Seattle Kraken @7:30pm 3/28/22

Cal has had all season long to prove that he can be number 1 but he's been so wildly inconsistent forcing goaltending to be our weakest area. I'm ready to dump his ass.

The Kings lack of finish again showing through. Game changing misses on prime chances by Byfield and Iafallo and shortly after the Kraken score to go up 3-1 (after Byfield) and 4-1 (after Iafallo).

I won't blame Moverare and Stetcher as defensive d-man not converting their chances. But they were excellent ones as well.

Vilardi is basically current (37 year old) Getzlaf, you can see the hands are there, but he has cement skates, my God the guy just can't move at all. I think maybe if the Kings had a real elite finisher on the wing and a prime-Kopi type center to mask his issues he could be a decent RW. But with the current roster construction it is just tough for him to find a role on this team with how slow he is.

Whole team was sh*t tonight. Started 14 seconds in by the sh*t line. Oh wells incoming 4 game losing streak. Say what you want about Durzi he's got Balls.

Bishop was captain backbreaker at the end of that season. At least with Cal in a game like this he isn't winning the game but he didn't lose it. But Bishop never found a bad goal he didn't want to let in at the worst time (which is really a good description of his career with poorly timed injuries).

Actually forgot two more. Labackup and his patented fall forward and pray for the best, and Martin Jones' 14-15 season. Lucic trade didn't work out great and Jones got better for a bit in SJ, but that was awful play all year
 
Half the D should be in the AHL so can't blame them, they shouldn't be getting these minutes. Our forwards though...pathetic. Now we got a 1C, 1LW and a Goalie issue. On top of that we are soft and small. Has any hole been filled in the last 4 years?
 
What a f***ing nightmare .. poor spence - an own goal off the chops doesnt get much worse than that
