I was wondering when 44 was stuck on the ice for so long in the second, why didn’t the Kings bring on a DMan when one of the forwards came off. I know they’d end up with 2forwards and 3 DMen, but they could have put Mikey towards the blue line and when the puck comes out, they switch a forward for him.
He was so gassed, they had to get him off the ice. Thought this might work.
