Gibson was pulled 1:30 in to the 1st against the Blues the other day. Let that sink in...The King didn't make his night tough at all except once.

The Kings took a big step back tonight.

I know they are down two defensemen but playing that way against our cross town rival is total horse shit. No focus, no drive, vets are invisible or a total liability, YUCK.

I hope coach is lighting them up right now. Cal and Arty deserve better. Hopefully they learn and regroup because that effort will not be pretty against Vegas.

MacDermid and Deslauriers have been the only physicality in Kings v. Ducks games for the last two seasons. These games are garbage and this is another prime example.

That said, Kings are a better team than Anaheim at full strength. Just less smellier shit though.

Kaliyev looked pretty good away from the puck. For all of the talk about him not being engaged and such, he skated hard and played pretty good defense. Please keep this kid up and continue playing him with Vilardi.

Last season when the Kings lost, they still looked competitive and a team that looked like they’d be on the rise. That has not been the case at all this season.

Yup, to fumble the puck like that on a simple breakout with no pressure. Coach Mac doesn't have the balls, but if it were me I would bench Doughty next game to send a message that lackadaisical play like that won't be tolerated.

It's pretty incredible that Clague and Anderson are getting 22 minutes a game and a veteran like Maatta isn't. One thing you can't say about McLellan is that he isn't willing to play the kids, which is exactly what we all wanted.
