BIG PENALTY KILL LEADS TO 1ST NHL GOAL. CONGRATS LIAS!
(monster game so far)
Not to rain on your parade as it was his 1st goal as a King, but he scored his first NHL goal in the '17-'18 season with the Rangers.

and we're not the ones that had to spend a 7OA on himBoy if this Lias Andersson kid turns out to be even a decent 3rd liner, future is bright for this team.
Wow!!!I can!
Turcotte - Byfield - Kaliyev
Madden - Vilardi - Fagemo
Kempe - Kopitar - Kupari
Andersson - Thomas - Grundstrom
Bjornfot - Doughty
Anderson - Roy
Clague - Faber
Lias is such a grinder he had to beat the goalie cleanly then turn it into a bang bang rebound situation to score
When people were talking about Kopitar demise a few games ago, he quietly just became the league leader in points. Wild season so far
Kopitar, Roy and Brown have all been fantastic tonight.
I love seeing that smile on Andersson’s face. Getting a bump from Doughty and a big hug and helmet bump from Kopi. Special.
The Kings have scored 2 goals tonight directly off of attacks broken up by Roy. He's +4, and deservedly so.Roy's unfortunately flying under the radar since everything else is so beautifully flashy, but as little as it was, I loved that play when he held the puck in AND blasted Schenn.
Schenn was all like "yeah!" but Roy was all like "nah!"Roy's unfortunately flying under the radar since everything else is so beautifully flashy, but as little as it was, I loved that play when he held the puck in AND blasted Schenn.
I think the older guys just needed some games under their belt to get going. Doughty and Brown have been looking better too.
