You were trying to convince those foolish west coasters that pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza. I believe it was the meme you used that really pissed them off.

Truth is that when I was at Pizza Hut, I put pineapple on Seattle and Portland menus (first place in the company to have it) because it was so popular.

Super unpopular opinion; I exclusively like pineapple when it's on pizza. I absolutely hate raw pineapple & find pineapple too overpowering/sweet for any other dish. When it's a bit charred on top of a pizza is the only time I like pineapples.

Well I sure feel like an idiot now.
