I also haven't seen so many picks since the Red Wings heydey, glad they let Doughty just f***ing blast whoever that was, but more than a little pissed they let Svechnikov run high at Kopitar just because Kopi wouldn't go down.

Gotta agree. It’s not terrible but he just doesn’t look ready yet.

I think JAD is one of the more effective players tonight, though that's not saying much. He's made more than a handful of great little plays to keep plays alive, for the most part pretty well one step ahead of everyone. Not going to determine 'readiness' on one game, but he's been fairly strong--i just want more offensively from anyone coming up, let them dominate ONT.
