Iafallo gets pushed off the puck so easily

He had a terrible game. Lost the puck all night and never won a battle, didn't make any good passes...can't believe he's still LW 1 and on PP1.
Even the game winner, if you watch the play over, Alex just jabs at it and the puck is not going to the net and not even to
Carter...it hits Carter's rear skate....way off from the net or getting it to Carter....puck just happens to go off Jeff's skate and
to his stick.

Toffoli was lackluster...Kopi has slowed down again. He was skating better the first 25 games. So line 1 is pretty brutal.
6 goals by Iafallo at halfway point....and 2 are on the PP. So he has 4 goals in 40 games on line 1. May as well put him
on 3rd line where he belongs and move Frk to line one. Pro now has 10 pts in 20 games from line 4. +3 as well.
When was the last time a 4th line King averaged half point per game? Never. Probably have to go back to Gretzky years.

Prokhorkin was our best player tonight. Love watching him do stuff and things out there.

Kopitar with a subtly shitty December and a handful of biggish goals before the break to mask it. Seems his winter slumber is right on schedule. The record in December is due almost exclusively to our depth guys getting it done.

Since I'm not watching the games I am rooting for a tank job. I'm not watching the games until the Kings have someone on the team who interests me and gives me hope. With that said, I love waking up to news of SJ choking.

As much as i love the sharks choking, this can't happen again. If we don't watch out we will be barely out of playoff but also out of reach of good draft picks.
Detroit and the Devils are elite teams and tough to beat. We need everyone on their A game like the season before.

Regarding the tank...and meaningless, devastating wins....I've given up. Black hole may be the destiny this year. If the Kings can stay in the bottom 6 though, there is still a chance for winning the lottery.
If not, there are 10 or so very good players in the draft. The Kings will get one. Plus, now that Vilardi is back, he could be the franchise player we need, for that matter and lessens the pain some.

Nice job Kings. I do enjoy watching the Sharks suffer in the aftermath of our (Blues) meeting in the Playoffs last year.
