I can't believe people think this team is going to sniff a playoff spot with this defense.

This is one of the worst D cores I can remember in the NHL, and that is with a top 8 d-man. Pretty amazing to have no #2 or #3, not even sure Martinez is a Top 4 guy anymore.

It's going to be a long season defensively, real long.

Martinez is a top four but we need to sell him this season, because he's not getting any younger

If a guy has a bad season at 32, 33 or 34 the chances of him bouncing back are very small.
