this seems to turn out to what I wanted...a close game with good chances at both ends.

Liljegren with a really good first period.

Yeah he's been consistently good except for the Belarus game and maybe the Slovakia game.

On another note Linus Lindström has been a lot better this game so far.

Sweden is clearly the better team. Much different than their squads vs Canada in 2008 and 2009.

They should win by two or three.

They had a slight advantage in play. Nothing from that period would indicate this is more then a 1 goal victory in either direction.

Two very good teams that are evenly matched quite frankly.

A fall is not always a dive. The Swede that fell on the Canadian penalty did not dive, but did fall without being pulled down. It happens many times per game.

Is it not possible to have an enjoyable GTD without hilariously bad bias?

Something has been wrong with Nylander, usually he has a fantastic slapper and great wrister.

I will forgive him if he score a couple today though.

Sweden's back end looks great ... Hart looks tuned in.

See I thought the opposite. Sweden Defense looked like a mess, especially in its own end where they looked to be running around recklessly. Liljegren and Brannstrom especially looked very indecisive and a bit of a mess.


While the Swedish offense on the other hand looked amazingly in-sync.
