Finn hype down the drain. Keep telling me how 2-3 Finns in the past draft are better prospects than Mittelstud. Just dob't expecr me not to laugh at it.

It's sad when the period break inserts is the most interesting thing.

Wouldn't say it with this group, there's some beauties in the lineup.

I wasn't meaning to knock them, I am just saying there may be more to it than just the coaches. I'm not knowledgeable enough of Finn prospects, though from what I've read they have some very solid prospects.

There are definitely some good players in this Finnish roster, it's just that their "game plan" is beyond horrible.

This problem has gone for years, just look at the year before, including the World Cup.

Heiskanen is dominating mens league and looked great at the mens national team, Olympic candidate, Tolvanen the same.
Vesalainen was the leading scorer for his mens team before he got injured, Juolevi has started to produce well in mens league. They have the talent.

Which really seems kind of surreal, because for years I felt that one of Finland's greatest strengths was their game plan, and the player's willingness to implement it in all three zones.

That's in the grown-ups. Maybe life needs to beat an amount of humility into the players first.

Bring this tourney to Europe and I bet the game plan would work.

I still can't understand the World Cup plan, it was just plain awfull.

That doesn't need to be just the young Finnish players, does it?

I really feel like there are a lot of people in the world today that could use that beating.

This billion times. Every tournament mediocre players but excellent as a team. 2016 was different when we actually had amazing players and favorite to win.
