Barkov Stanley cup champ!
I think our U18 team won U18 gold on a small ice with most players from this team. The problem is that Finland doesn’t have any coach with experience from small ice.

Hire an outsider.
Or go to learn, do something.
I hate wasting this much talent.

Glad the talent is so bad that the great tactics the Finns have gotten from their coaches isMaybe the talent is overstated to begin with?
Finland coach looks like he failed at a career in modeling
All I heard about coming into this tourney was the powerhouse finns with 5 1st rounders on the blueline. Nothing I've seen from that team has impressed me in the slightest this tournament.
Maybe the talent is overstated to begin with?
Wouldn't say it with this group, there's some beauties in the lineup.
I wasn't meaning to knock them, I am just saying there may be more to it than just the coaches. I'm not knowledgeable enough of Finn prospects, though from what I've read they have some very solid prospects.
There are definitely some good players in this Finnish roster, it's just that their "game plan" is beyond horrible.
That's in the grown-ups. Maybe life needs to beat an amount of humility into the players first.Which really seems kind of surreal, because for years I felt that one of Finland's greatest strengths was their game plan, and the player's willingness to implement it in all three zones.

This billion times. Every tournament mediocre players but excellent as a team. 2016 was different when we actually had amazing players and favorite to win.Which really seems kind of surreal, because for years I felt that one of Finland's greatest strengths was their game plan, and the player's willingness to implement it in all three zones.
We lose to Sweden if we lose this.We face Sweden if we lose this?
