To be fair Boeser was the 23rd overall pick and Pettersson was 5th. Canucks have never had a 1st overall pick.

5 1st Overall picks in 9 years with a 3rd overall, 4th overall and 7th overall pick stuck in between there would be insane. You dont even need a GM at that point.
