Nah man, it should be done as a smoke screen instead!maybe they should take random fans from HFboards to dinner for their input.

He has plus edges and lateral mobility but his first step is average for a guy who's a bit of a way one-way street offensively.Hayton has slow feet, dont understand the buzz around him, Farabee is much faster and a much better pick...
Here we go
Sadly I still see this as a possibility.
Hearing Bergevin go off about Domi's effort, intangibles and energy just makes picking Tkachuk all the more possible.

Not necessarily true.Gawd no! If Habs went with HFBoards consensus, Halak would still be our starting goalie.
Kotkaniemi, Dellandrea, O'Brien, Morozov. And who are the two-way street centres?
Hillis? Dellandrea?
I'll hang up and listen.
Can anyone help me out here? I've been looking for guys like Kotkaniemi who skyrocketed into the top 5 due to hype at the end of the year and were ranked 10-15 (+/-) mid season. Looking for guys who had lots of hype later in the year but busted? I found a few who ended up being very good picks and trying to measure this against other busts.
- Pettersson: Mid season rank was 11 and final rank was 7. Would he of been a stretch to take earlier? I think not
- Heiskanen: Mid season rank was 13 and final rank was 3. Bad pick? Good Pick? You tell me.
- PLD: Mid season rank was 8 and final rank was 5. Blue Jackets took him 3rd.
- Keller: Mid season rank was 15 and final rank was 8. Would he of been a bad pick at 3rd? I think not!
- Draisaitl ? Can't find info on him (mid vs final ranking)
There has to be a few picks who where ranked 10-15 range mid season, dropped in rankings at the end of the year due to hype, were taken in the top 5, but busted? Anybody remember any?
Geez, you speak as though Tkachuk is the second coming of Lindsay VallisI'm already done with this management.. why not poor some more ****.
Kotkaniemi, Dellandrea, O'Brien, Morozov.
No but ignoring the center position for a winger is typical Bergevin.Geez, you speak as though Tkachuk is the second coming of Lindsay Vallis
Lol.Thought so. No thanks in Round 1, where Hayton is and belongs, like Kot.
Lol.
And who said he doesn't belong?
He hasn’t made the pick yet, why you shitting on him for something he hasn’t done lolNo but ignoring the center position for a winger is typical Bergevin.
Well Bergevin is becoming very predictable. He hasn’t made the pick yet, why you ****ting on him for something he hasn’t done lol
Not my fault that's your immediate reaction if someone critiques anything Hayton.Lol, indeed. None are better than Hayton.

FYI I have Hayton ahead of three of them. Doesn't mean he's not one-way offensively.
Solid argument.Except that...he isn't.
Solid argument.
I mentioned this a couple days ago and brought up examples. What do you have?
