Kravstov had a good drive and scoring chance, good pad save by the goalie, individual effort. once again shows his vision and ability to create chances.

One of the rare cases where you can actually point to a player's linemates and say that those ding bats are the reason why he isn't at or around a PPG

Exactly. He's doing everything right. He's not lost out there on the ice. And with Alex Nunn actually posting the sequences of him creating turnovers and scoring chances, I notice a lot of fans are actually seeing this and don't just stare at the stat-line

And also without Alex... ;)

For those of us watching the games, sure. But the average fan doesn't really watch KHL games. But with his videos on Twitter, they have access to more than just his goals. And that gives the average fan a more complete picture.

Anyone here watch KHL semi-regularly? Is this much stick handling more common than the NHL or is he really unusual in that he can pull it off so well?

With the different style of hockey, there's a bit more freedom to make stick-moves. However, Kravtsov's stick-handling is something you don't see regularly in the KHL. Especially on a team like Traktor. The ease with which he gets his shots off and he is able to create scoring changes is something to be very excited about

More ice (and time) available for players to create opportunities. There is more finnesse involved. It’s practically frowned upon to dump and chase in comparison to the NHL. Kuznetsov explains this in an interview too.
