How the hell did the Bruins get the Rags to take on Belesekey??? 50% wow... I guess the Rags like Spooner a lot?
Jvr would get more than Nash, he is younger by 5 years, and cheaper and better
Dreger said other gms told him if jvr were on the market he’d be number 1 forward available. Now it’s up to you what you make of that it is dreger
To #Bruins:
F Rick Nash (50% retained)
To #Rangers
2018 1st RD pick
2019 7th RD pick
F Matt Beleskey (% retained - TBD)
F Ryan Spooner
D Ryan Lindgren (signing rights)
Depending on how much the Bruins are retaining on Belesky, that is a solid return for the Rangers.
I'd argue that Ryan Spooner is better than Rick Nash
glad he's gone so he wasn't a option here, impending UFA, so same issues as JVR. He'll help the Bruins though........
Pretty much done deal

Wow belesky included that deal is bad for rangers

Spooner has 3 less points than Nash in 21 less games, lol
Bruins are retaining half.
Rangers are only paying him 1.9
Yeah I edited swings it back to rangers favor that does. How many years left on belesky?

maybe the Rags retain the remainder of Belesky's contract and move him in the next few days?
Does this make anyone who was anti-trade-JVR re-think? I'm trying to resist it myself.
