This is why.

I think when you deal with prospects, it's a #'s game, draft a a lot of high ceiling guys and roll the dice some pan out ... then you got a nice core.

Why?

Chytil played in a mens league and was one of the youngest players in the draft. Still growing, great skater, pretty good dangles and sense.

Yea, I'll take the guy who actually creates some plays that lead out of the zone. Girardi gets pinned in his own zone more than almost anyone in the league. He is horrendous. I don't even think he's an NHL player anymore.

I am actually shocked you think he is worse then Shattenkirk.
