Hope all or at least one of these have break trough in NHL roster by the tournament time and play in the world cup. Not that the tournament victory matters though :/ Games against real teams can still be good at best.

Probably there won't be that many youngsters and more likely there will be more European additions. Finland will be betetr on paper at 2018 OGs.

Why are people listing a 12 AHL-goal sniper in Armia when Pulkkinen has 39 goals + 14 in playoff's in the same league?

Unrealistic. Armia's been too poor - Kemppainen or another euro who has shifted over is more realistic as an option. If they're not allowed to use euro players

It was unrealistic for Ristolainen not to make the world champs team.

Rask was the starter at the Olympics he will be starter at the World cup unless something happens to him. You never know when Rinne is going to have one of those games where he can't catch a beach ball. Happened twice last WC and before it in the Playoffs.
 
Looking at people projections the amount of NHLers which ofcourse the World Cup is driving after will be back to early 3rd millennium. We never had 100% NHL roster but is plausible will happen for first time.

OL 98= 14/23 nhlers
OL 02= 20/23 nhlers
WC 04= 22/26 nhlers
OL 06= 17/24 nhlers
OL 10= 18/23 nhlers
OL 14= 14/25 nhlers

Nothing has indicated they wouldn't be allowed. Only thing hindering is whether leagues/clubs will release player. KHL won't be having a break but won't stop players from going.
 
Before you continue: I count five top-6 centers for Finland (and not enough top wingers). Hence, I had to move some around a little bit.

I fear too.
Immonen,Pihlström,Jaakola,Salmela, Hietanen and Lepistö were biggest flops in 2015 World Championships.
And should not allowed to play harder games than euro hockey tour.

All those busts should kicked out of Finland's world cup team.
Hopefully Lauri Marjamäki is the head coach in world cup.
He knows better younger players than KJ
