10 minutes is the exact right call. 20 minutes, that's the first I've ever seen.

IIHF rules record a game misconduct as 20 PIM. North American rules would record it as 10 PIM.

They just gave him a 10 minute misconduct and 20 minute game misconduct. Basically it's nonsense call to "not decide the game" I guess. There's been enough BS going the other way for me to let it slide though.
