I don't know... Does saying he only has 200 twitter followers prove something?
Yeah, that he's an unreliable source.

Unreliable source for HFBoards but reliable enough for FoxSports and Kulas Korner... Go figure.
"You may take this for what you will"
Yeah, Kukla's Korner is all over it.
Uh. They published it.
With the quote I said above as a precursor. As in...it's not reliable info but take it for what you will.
Yeah. Why would a former Detroit Red Wing Beat Writer be reliable.
He may be right..he may be wrong. To dismiss him because he has 200 Twitter Followers is dumb.
I'd call this proof on one of the counts...

San Jose Sharks scheduled to speak with Mike Babcock this week. Expectation is Babcock still wants to decide his future by Wednesday
(My note: If he's deciding by Wednesday still, I'd say his mind is mostly made up at this point. I'd put it at 65 percent Detroit, 20 percent Buffalo, 10 percent Toronto, 5 percent anyone else.)
Detroit is no better then 50% and buffalo is probably around 30-35
TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger has the latest on Mike Babcock, who is on his way home with Red Wings GM Ken Holland. The two will meet again on Monday and Babcock is expected to make his decision before Wednesday.
I think its going to boil down to
A) Is Detroit willing to come up on their offer
B) Does Mike Babcock feel he has a better chance to win long term some place more than Detroit
Where that boils down to, I'm not sure. Only Mike knows that
i'd call this proof on one of the counts...

He is going to stay with Detroit. It only makes sense. If he was serious about leaving then he wouldn't be deciding already. His contract isn't even up. I'm about 90% sure he stays with Detroit.
I'm not saying that staying with Detroit wasn't always the most likely.... But if it was a sure thing he would have said so already. He could have resigned months ago.
He's staying with Detroit. Calling it now. It's the obvious move with him hanging with Holland for the last week.
