The Return of a Legend
That's exactly how I feel as well
Personally I'd swap Bennett and Emile for balance, but love it either way!

It would definitely balance it a little more, but I if we are messing with my lines it has to be Klimchuk and Bennett that swap. If only because then the second line would be the PBJ line. That's exactly how I feel as well

Honestly though, I think Bennett would be a better fit with Gaudreau and Monahan and not just because he is a better player. I think his power game and shooting ability would make him the ideal fit. I think Poirier generates most of his offense off the rush, where Bennett would bring a board presence to the line and make them much more dangerous on the cycle as he and Monahan continue to add size and strength. I think with Poirier's breakaway speed playing with 2 guys like Janko and Klimchuk he would get sprung on alot of breakaways as both will generate plenty of turnovers.Haha yeah I could totally live with that.
Janko is back in the lineup tonight
Yep, he's off to a better pro start than I anticipated. All I'm rooting for, is for him to have a better save percentage this year than Hellebuyck
This is something I noticed too. We'd appreciate any more comments you have about Providence games which we don't get as many televised over here - obviously we're very interested in the play of Gilmour and Jankowski. I still wish Saracino were on his line though, that guy has some talent.
He's in his 19 year old season so it's not that impressive, plus he appears to be extremely inconsistent. He has 5 in his first 2 games, then 4 over his next 6 to bring him down to just over a point per game. Now he has 14 in 6 games. I am more concerned about his +/-, I know it's not a great stat but for a guy with 8 ES goals in 15 games you would think he would be higher than +2anyone see that Mangiapane has 23 points in 15 games to start the year. Not bad for a 6th rounder

Janko 2 more points in 2 games over the weekend and helping keep his team undefeated after 7 regular season games, he's on pace to double his totals last season.
Though St Louis is probably even more excited about the Friars start then we are as the leading point scorer for the friars after this weekend is now defense man Jake Walman.
It is on TSN2 tonight as well starts at 4:00 calgary time, so in 1 hourI hear Janko and Providence have a big game coming up against BU. Rematch of the finals.
