hate the leafs, but totally appreciate the honesty.

I personally think we need to stop attacking a prospect just because of the team they got drafted for.

This will happen when people stop pumping up the tires of players because of the team they are drafted by.

(This is NOT a direct reference to Virtanen/Canucks, I have been impressed by him this game!!)

But it happens every year, the players that get pumped up the most get hate on the most.

chartier dickinson are the only easy cuts for me, heatherington seems like he can be cut, all depends if the coaches feel like they have enough fire power on the back end or not im guessing

LoL this is what happens when you draft nothing but busts mostly every year and the fanbase hardly ever has team canada representatives, you get very passionate fans. We just want another year where we can watch a prospect play for canada. It is somewhat funny, you should see our board some of them can rehash drafts for years.

Really curious to know why you'd have him getting cut. Seems like a lock to me.

He and Petan seem somewhat redundant and Petan is a lock. If we're only making 3 forward cuts then I'd keep him, although I'm not sure where he'd slot into the top 6 now that we have Lazar.

Don't think Groulx would go through the trouble of benching Virtanen if he wasn't basically a lock for the team. IMO he's sending a (good) message for the rest of the tournament. Otherwise I'd think Groulx would take every opportunity possible to evaluate him.

I have no idea where I came up with a silly name like KevyD. Sounded like I was a DJ or a wrapper. Not a good name for a middle aged white guy.
