Still wondering why Hicketts is scratched for this game other than the fact he still could be feeling that injury from the CIS game, but in a situation where he was on the outside looking in at the start of camp he'd need to play in this game to have a shot at making the team.

Mind you, Heatherington hasn't really stood out to me, he could slot in as the 6/7 guy.

I'm guessing Virtanen had a 10 min misconduct since he came on right at the 10 min mark.

Enough of this Virtanen talk, he just had another shift and the entire time in the offensive zone.

The guy is making the team, and has been one of the best in the game.
