Give credit to Canada they didn't give up, what a comeback so far, 3 unanswered goals. Going to be a great 3rd period.

Just shoot the puck on net, their goalie isn't that good, hit the net look for rebounds and get this game tied

Comeback would be pretty epic, and i hate using that word. Not sure I've ever witnessed a hockey team come back from 5 goals to win, other than midgets or what have you.

lol, if Canada wins this game it'll be one for the ages. Don't think I've ever seen a 5 goal comeback, especially with just like 25 minutes left or so.

What? You can't call too many men on the ice before play even starts. Ref's supposed to tell them to take someone off

what rulebook are they using for this tournament?

I've never seen that before, I always thought the ref was supposed to instruct the team on making an illegal change, say nope, you can't do that and tell someone to go off, and not wait until "it's too late for a change" and then say, oh you can't change now so it's too many men

That makes no sense! How do you call a penalty before play has started???? Wtf

What a bogus way to end the game. A-hole is right! what an idiot ref

Even if its in the rules (which I dont think it is) I dont think there was a reason to call something like that on a friendly tournament like this. Just send the extra player off before game starts..

Boucher pissed, understandably so. Had one last chance with the faceoff in the o-zone there, bush league reffing.

Ref just explained it. Guest team has 5 seconds time to ice their players, canada ignored it earlier and they got warned.
Then, in the final minute Boucher delayed it again with 8 Canadians on the ice after 5 sec. Ref yelled at him to take them out but got ignored. Seems like a reasonable decision to me.
Boucher is a ***** anyway for applauding and going crazy after he provocates that penalty.

so it is an international rule..because I've never heard of that before. Still really bogus to call something like that in a game that important. I doubt Canada just ignored a warning like that. Saving his ass. How do you call something like that at the end of the game and not once call it during any other time? Anyway..
