Nothing will ever be as boring as the Canucks this year. I was live at the game in Toronto on the final game before the Olympic break against the Canucks. It was so boring I nearly literally fell asleep. Hell, I went on the main board GDT and talked about how this game is so ****ing boring and all the Canuck fans actually agreed with me and said almost every Canuck game under Torts had been boring as ****. The Leafs eventually won but I couldn't wait to get out of there before I lost my sanity in the boredom.
It's hilarious how there are several posters that think we still Lemaire it up most games and are the most boring team in the league
. I mean, do they not know that Lemaire hasn't had anything to do with the Wild in 5 years? Seriously, it's ****ing annoying

Yeah it's been pretty bad all series.
I don't generally think the announcers really care about this stuff, but man, a NY-LA series would just be NBC's wet dream.

Don Cherry was just on CBC wearing something that looks like it was made out of a tree skirt from under a Christmas tree. 
He said something about why there wouldn't be any more smallish guys in the league in the next 5 years, then he trailed off.
I'll take CBC coverage any day over NBC though.

Yes it is. I believe HNIC will now be on CTV through Rodgers in Canada, but I could be wrong. I do know that after it goes off the air on CBC I won't get it anymore.

I think Rogers will be producing 1-2 Saturday games per week to be aired on CBC as part of HNIC but I'm pretty sure it's going to be smaller and have no playoff coverage or anything. Plus even the games airing on CBC won't be produced by the CBC anymore.

OK, I don't like the Rangers, but I will give their game production team props: I've been saying for, like, a decade now that someone really ought to use "Power Out" by Arcade Fire as a Power Play song, and someone finally did.

The difference is only a slight edge in offense but the Hawks aren't getting any more of the ******** luck they used to eliminate the Wild.
What's this scoring you're talking about? You mean centers are suppose to do more than be third-defenseman on the team?
