I know the current mens 2010 tournament hasn't started yet but it has got me thinking for the 2014 tournament. Now I know that NHL player participation is not a sure thing but lets assume they reach an agreement here. These are for all rosters. Let me give Canada's a go.

Certainly the projection on offensive depth is iffy, but I think Sweden's defense and goaltending should be very good. Another top 4 team.

That's mine. Added Carter and Toews to King Canuck's lineup. I think I'll actually like it more in 4 years than I like our 2010 lineup.

I'm not sure how good Heatley and Thornton will be 4 years from now same with Luongo. I didn't realize I chose so many centers but the most talented players play that position. I doubt you could name a winger that is almost a lock for a roster spot, centers are the deepest and most talented. As for Keith I feel it is a one time thing for him. About Cody Hodgson people would have laughed at Bergeron 4 years ago but where is he now, on the olympic squad likely on the first line riding shotgun with Crosby. They are similar types of players and I think Cody coukd be slightly better than Bergeron.

Problem is that it still blows up the middle (comparitively speaking). The US needs a franchise center or two.

Why would the US be moving Parise to the wing anyway? He is the best Centre the US has right now.

It's a long way to go but damn that team does look like it could be real good.
