The only thing suspect defensively about my defense is Yandle, but he's there to drive possession and distribute the puck, not be a defensive stalwart. Besides, Brodin, Regehr and Gudas are all defensive studs. Studs i tell you. Brouwer also > Read...he can and does play anywhere in the lineup. Got me on Benn though, but if the Sharks were comfortable playing hertl on the top line then so am i

besides, we all know halak goes god mode in the playoffs anyway

but naw m8 your team would get rekt

yeahhhh i dunno about that. let's wait for him to play like 70 games first before we go about making those kinds of proclamations

i mean montreal was by FAR the crappiest team in that playoffs and Halak, bless his soul, dragged that team kicking and screaming way further than they had any right to go
 
Montreal always seems to have fun playoff runs. As much as I love crushing them in the regular season, they're a team I pseudo-cheer for when playoffs roll around and we're not in.

That was the year that Cammalleri was on fire right? The kick in the air and bat the puck in goal? Hah.
 
Looking to trade perry for top 6 forward depth and wouldnt mind to get a top 4 dmen thrown in as well. Willing to trade whintey/hodgson (if i get a center) stuart, tytuin,enstrom (only if i get a really good dmen)

I don't remember ever seeing a ruling being made about whether we were even continuing this over the weekend or not (if there was one, I apologize). But all of a sudden people are still making picks, and a bunch of people are getting passed over, myself included because of a lack of PMs (I'm assuming I'm not the only one who didn't get one this morning when about 5 picks in a row times out). A bunch of people are posting discussion in the draft thread, not posting pick numbers with selections, not PMing upcoming picks, just generally not following the rules of the draft, and I don't see any order to it.

Sorry, I don't mean to be a dick, and I can only imagine how big a job it is to put this all together, it just feels like the last couple days have been needlessly hectic and unruly

Id probably be fine with pausing the draft now. In a fair compromise, we got half the weekend so we should give them half the weekend...also it's kind of getting ultra sloppy now and waiting a day for dave to catch up and everyone else to catch up would probably help it run smoother a few days from now.

I'm down with that. I got scheduled too much this week at work :'( and now I have to deal with some University stuff -.- Lets resume the draft tmr night or something
 
Yeah, we give the people who were away the entire weekend to catch up on Monday and we will start this draft on Monday 7PM, if that is fine with everyone else.

Almost like 1/3 went away, and even more are busy, doesn't it?
 
Stop the clock.

But allow people who have missed their picks to make their selection while we are paused.

That way everyone can catch up while not being at a disadvantage and scrambling to make their missed picks when the clock starts again.
 
If you were skipped before Chuck picked then you can pick your player. You cannot pick a player after #372.
